I called today to schedule a dental appointment after not having been to the dentist for a couple of years. The person I spoke with (Macy or Maci—I’m not sure of the spelling) scheduled my appointment, but then she brought up that my file showed a few missed appointments. She told me that if something came up and I didn’t reschedule, I wouldn’t be allowed to book again. I asked what appointments she was talking about since I haven’t been in so long, and to my surprise, she listed dates going back almost five years ago—in 2021 and 2019! I was shocked. To bring up missed appointments from that long ago felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. She could have simply reminded me to call and reschedule if needed, instead of pulling up something so old. The whole exchange came across as rude and left a really bad impression.

1st time using them, EXCELLENT experience. I am pretty nervous at the dentist but everyone was super nice and smiling, it truly helps. The office is clean and welcoming. The Dentist was very helpful and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been going to Dr. Moldovan for almost 15 years. He’s the best! I had an issue with my permanent retainer and he saw me the same day and worked diligently to repair it. It was no simple fix because of the type of retainer I have, but I am so grateful for the time and attention he provided to ensuring it was taken care of. ALL of the staff are always incredibly kind as well. Highly recommend this practice! Thank you, Dr. Moldovan!

I have been a patient since 2000. There is no better place for all dental care from teeth cleaning to the implants. Dr. Vernon, Dr. Moldovan, and the entire staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help. I have a lot of dental issues and Dr. Vernon has been there always when I needed help with his expertise. My whole family, as it kept growing, has been faithfully joining the satisfied patients list. I highly recommend this practice.

I have had extensive dental work, more than normal for sure and always walked away with total satisfaction. Dr Vernon and his entire staff are very professional, extra polite and so enjoyable to my dentist visits that I’m never nervous about what procedures will be required. This recommendation comes from over 20 years of Augusta Dental Associates taking excellent care of my dental care! Best dental office in the CSRA!
